Hiriwadunna village tour with lunch

What happens

A bullock-cart ride, a catamaran crossing of the Hiriwadunna tank, a walk through chena farmland and a rice-and-curry lunch cooked over a wood fire. It is set up for visitors and several groups do it each morning, but the food is good and the lake is quiet. Three hours.
